Policies & Requirements

  • Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a room
  • Cash is accepted along w/ $100 Cash Deposit
  • We require license plate information at check in, which is 3pm and check-out is at 11am

Pet Policy Requirements (Dogs Only)

  • To make sure we have a pet-friendly room available, please let us know in advance-preferably at the time of booking.
  • There is $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay. $100 for two dogs (limit 2)
  • Leashes- Dogs must be kept on a leash when entering and exiting the hotel lobby.
  • Dogs left unattended in a guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises, must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
  • Damages to the room, furnishings, or any other part of the hotel will be charged to the guest.
  • Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If hotel management receives two complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest's room.
  • Service dogs are welcome at no charge. Must have vest visible or documentation on hand.
  • Housekeeping: Please contact front desk to arrange a time to service your room. For the safety and comfort of your pet. Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present or (b) you are present and your pet is leashed or caged.
